Jean GOSSET, also known as “Seigneur of A and Mareuil,” lived from 1484 to 1556 and is considered to be the first official ancestor of the GOSSET family line. This event occurred more than 400 years ago. Following in his footsteps, sixteen generations of his family, all of whom were born in the town of A in Champagne, would go on to achieve fame not just as deputy mayors, mayors, and prosecutors but also as growers of and traders in Champagne wines. Regardless of the time period, each of these men and women shared a singular goal: to better their terroir. At the tail end of the 20th century, the takeover of GOSSET Champagne by the Cointreau family and the birth of the CELEBRIS Vintage Cuvées see GOSSET Champagne enter the highest echelons of the prestigious houses in both France and around the world. Just Provisions offers a selection of Blanc de Blancs, Rosé and Brut, in exclusive cases.
