All products coming through the warehouse are checked to ensure conformity and quantity so we know that what we deliver is what you ordered. Every order is packed in reusable plastic crates for safe transportation, and clearly labeled to facilitate getting the goods onboard. It will stipulate if it is Interior or Galley, Guests or Crew and be titled as per your instructions. Every order comes with an accurate delivery note, indicating any shortages or missing products. Our drivers are at your disposal for the entire duration of the delivery and can wait to collect any packages you need to dispose of.
Our warehouse is in full compliance with the food safety regulations. We have in place all the HACCP requirements: Control of the chill chain, from reception to expedition, traceability of products and monitoring of the use by dates. We are in capacity to supply all the information you need if you have an audit or a problem onboard. We are legally required to keep these for 3 years.
Our versatile logistics capabilities allows us to answer any request you need for your delivery. We deliver anywhere in Europe as well as Turkey and Gibraltar. There is always a way to meet your deadline.
We have a range of vehicles to meet all the needs. All our vehicles are temperature controlled with the possibility to have multiple temperature zones to carry, drystore, fresh and frozen products. Our largest vehicle has a 10t load capacity. That represents about 18 pallets and we can deliver anywhere in Europe.
