The quest for perfection has led Chateau Margaux to produce a second wine, which was given the name Pavillon Rouge du Chateau Margaux in 1908. This wine has been produced there ever since. Their incessantly growing demands necessitated the production of a third batch of wine beginning in 1997. This trend continues unabated. The selection process has become increasingly stringent over the years, contributing to the overall improvement in the quality of Pavillon Rouge and, as a result, the quality of the third wine. Just Provisions is able to acquire some of the Chateau’s most exceptional bottles, including those from more obscure vintages.
